There's Something About A Cowboy....

I'm Pledging a dollar per comment-

30.00 max.

Growing up, Veteran's Day was just a day off from school. My dad served in the Korean War. He was a Staff Sargent in the Air Force. Why the Air Force? The line was shorter to enlist.

Now my son is a Marine- Deployed. You always hear the term Miltary Family - it does effect the whole family when their loved one is away, serving their country. It's amazingly quiet here. I miss him and I worry BUT I'm so Proud of my Marine. Getting through boot camp is a major accomplishment. Then there is schooling where half the class could be dropped and now deployment. It's not an easy path to take.

I'm a Blue Star Mom-- meaning I have Deployed Marine -

I'm giving away 2 ebooks of Autumn's Hope

Just leave a comment to enter

In Autumn's Hope - Cowboy Jonas Barnes is an Army Vet who is scarred inside and out. He takes in the worst cases of rescued horses so that they will know at the end that not all humans are cruel. Of course he's wary of getting into a relationship but somehow Autumn gets under his skin.

Thank you for participating in the Wounded Warrior Blog Hop! Our wounded heroes deserve our respect and support. My husband and I are also veterans, and when we go out, he wears his Desert Storm ball cap. It always warms my heart when someone stops to thank him for his service.

This is such a great cause. And I agree when someone you love is deployed it affects the whole family and we just have to stand behind them and be proud and supportive....

Huge thanks to your military family members and to yourself for supporting at home. My beloved husband, brother, father, and forebears are military and my son and daughter-in-law are law enforcement. We owe a great deal to our protectors. Thanks for participating in this worthy cause.

There are many different charities, but this one is the best. They've given so much, now its our turn to give something back.
Happy Veteran's Day.
